Cellucap began as a manufacturer of printed paper overseas hats, developing the first automated machinery to economically manufacture these caps for the growing food service industry. Among our first clients was Ray Kroc, who turned to us to develop a cap that would lend a clean and professional image to his growing chain of McDonald's restaurants.
In 1997, Cellucap acquired Melco, a leader in the manufacture of disposable garments.
